Description:

Labotemp Controlled Atmosphere Furnace FMU-18 is a larger capacity laboratory muffle furnace engineered for dependable high temperature processing up to 1200 °C. The box chamber uses three sided resistance heating and PID controlled regulation to deliver stable ramps and ±1 °C accuracy. A vacuum sealed chamber with dedicated inert gas ports supports nitrogen, argon, oxygen and other non reactive gases. Multi layer ceramic fiber insulation and a rigid steel enclosure minimise heat loss and enhance energy efficiency for continuous laboratory operation.

FMU-18 is built for laboratory research material testing and pilot workflows including ceramic and powder sintering, calcination, annealing, carbon treatment, and lithium battery material processing. The programmable controller stores multi segment profiles for repeatable cycles while built in safety features such as over temperature alarm fault detection and automatic shutdown protect samples and operators.
