Labotemp JIS D 0203 Rain and Spray Test Chamber LSC-09 is engineered to evaluate the waterproof performance of products according to JIS D 0203. Its 1000 L test chamber provides a controlled environment for automotive components, electrical equipment, outdoor products, lighting systems, and other products requiring rain and spray resistance verification. The system combines 40 spray nozzles and 2 rain nozzles to reproduce different water-exposure conditions, with controlled water flow and nozzle pressure for repeatable testing.

Built for dependable laboratory and quality-control applications, the chamber features a programmable colour LCD touch-screen controller with Ethernet connectivity and a flow meter for water-pressure control. A rotating turntable operating at 17 r/min helps expose specimens uniformly during testing. The integrated water circulation system includes a water tank, booster pump, automatic water supply, and purification system, helping reduce water consumption and maintain consistent test conditions. SUS304 stainless-steel construction provides corrosion resistance, while over-temperature, over-current, water-shortage, earth-leakage, and phase-sequence protection enhance operational safety and long-term reliability.
