Ultrapure Water Purification System With UV LWS-06

Description:

Labotemp Ultrapure Water Purification System with UV LWS-06 delivers high-purity laboratory water with enhanced control of organic contaminants through integrated UV treatment. Available in 10, 20, 30, and 40 L/h configurations, it combines pretreatment, reverse osmosis, ultrapurification, and UV treatment within an 8-stage purification process. The system produces water with 18.25 MΩ·cm resistivity at 25°C, TOC of 2 ppb, and bacteria levels below 0.01 cfu/ml, supporting sensitive analytical workflows where low organic and microbial contamination matters. RO water achieves ≤1 µS/cm conductivity at 25°C, with >98% ion rejection and >99% organic, particle, and bacteria rejection.

Designed for reliable laboratory operation, LWS-06 features a 10-inch floating touchscreen with 360° adjustment, 64-bit microprocessor control, and triple online monitoring of feed, RO, and ultrapure water quality. Switchable circulation helps maintain water quality within the ultrapure loop, while tool-free cartridge replacement simplifies routine maintenance. Compatible with municipal tap water at 5–40°C and 0.1–0.5 MPa pressure, the system suits HPLC, pharmaceutical quality control, environmental testing, analytical chemistry, and research applications requiring consistent low-TOC Type 1 ultrapure water.

Why Choose Labotemp Ultrapure Water Purification System with UV LWS-06?
