Labotemp Anaerobic Incubator ANI-04 is a controlled anaerobic incubator that creates and maintains an oxygen-free environment for cultivation and manipulation of strict and facultative anaerobes. Used in clinical microbiology, pharmaceutical QC, food and environmental testing, and academic research, it supports isolation, culture-based assays and tissue/cell work with fast anaerobic generation. Temperature control RT+3–60°C with tight stability and uniformity ensures reproducible growth for bacteria and tissue culture applications.
This Anaerobic Incubator ANI-04 includes several advanced features designed for reliable anaerobic processing, including a built-in UV sterilizer and a palladium catalyst system for effective oxygen removal, maintaining oxygen levels below 1%. A dedicated sample-track transfer system supports handling of 40 × 90 mm plates, while the removable front cover allows convenient sample loading and easy cleaning. Additional safety and operational features include leakage protection, an inoculating rod sterilizer and USB data logging capability for recording operational data for up to six months.
