It features a 100% air exhaust system, with contaminated air passing through HEPA filtration before being exhausted externally, while the work area operates under negative pressure. This configuration is suitable for biological safety laboratories and applications involving appropriate volatile chemicals and radioactive nuclides.
The cabinet provides a 610 × 550 × 600 mm working area with a motorized toughened-glass front window, 304 stainless steel removable work surface, and dual H14 HEPA filters with ≥99.995% efficiency at 0.3 μm. A 7-inch LCD touchscreen provides real-time monitoring of airflow, front-window status, temperature, filter and UV lamp life, and system status. The LBS-301 also incorporates an air velocity sensor, UV sterilization with timer, audio-visual alarms, safety interlocks, power-failure memory, and a standard exhaust blower with 9 m exhaust duct.
