Muffle Furnace FMU-21

Description:

Labotemp Muffle Furnace FMU-21 is a high-temperature electric muffle furnace engineered for demanding thermal processing, material analysis, sintering, ash determination, and heat-treatment applications in research laboratories, universities, industrial facilities, and mining operations. This laboratory furnace offers a maximum operating temperature of 1700°C with a recommended continuous working temperature of 1650°C, making it suitable for advanced ceramic, metallurgical, and inorganic material testing. The 6.7 L chamber is constructed with high-temperature-resistant polycrystalline mullite fiber insulation, ensuring excellent thermal efficiency, rapid heat-up performance, and reduced energy consumption. Combined with high-purity silicon molybdenum heating elements and intelligent PID control, the furnace delivers stable temperature uniformity and precise heating accuracy of ±1°C for reliable and repeatable results.

Designed for long-term laboratory use, the FMU-21 features a programmable microcomputer controller with fixed-value and multi-step program operation modes, allowing accurate process control for complex heating profiles. The robust cold-rolled steel exterior, vacuum-formed insulation structure, and double-shell ventilation design help maintain lower external surface temperatures while improving operational safety. Additional protection systems including over-temperature alarms, leakage protection, sensor fault detection, and automatic power interruption when the door opens enhance user safety and equipment reliability.
