Labotemp Ozone Resistance Aging Test Chamber LOC-105 is a precision-engineered ozone test chamber designed for accelerated ozone testing of rubber, elastomers, and polymer materials under controlled environmental conditions. Featuring a 150 L stainless steel chamber, adjustable ozone concentration from 0 to 1500 PPHM, and a temperature range of RT+10°C to 80°C, it accurately simulates ozone-induced aging to evaluate surface cracking, degradation, and material durability. The chamber incorporates a 360° rotating sample holder, six dynamic and six static tensile fixtures, PID touch-screen control, and ±0.5°C temperature stability to ensure uniform specimen exposure and highly repeatable test results. This advanced ozone aging test chamber is widely used in automotive, wire & cable, sealing, rubber manufacturing, research laboratories, and quality control facilities.
