Description:

Labotemp Rain Test Chamber LSC-02 is engineered to evaluate products against IPX1, IPX2, IPX3, and IPX4 water exposure conditions in accordance with IEC 60529. Its 2400 L test chamber accommodates larger products and assemblies used in electrical, electronics, automotive, lighting, outdoor equipment, and industrial applications. A 600 mm radius oscillating tube provides controlled water spraying, with an adjustable 0–180° swing angle and 1 r/min adjustable rotation speed. Precision 0.4 mm spray holes spaced at 50 mm help provide consistent water distribution during repeatable testing.

Built for efficient and dependable testing, the chamber incorporates a water recirculation system with integrated tank, pump, automatic water supply, and water purification to reduce water consumption and maintain cleaner test conditions. A programmable colour LCD touch-screen controller with Ethernet and USB connectivity supports convenient operation and monitoring, while a flow meter enables controlled water-flow adjustment. The SUS304 stainless-steel interior offers corrosion resistance, and the double-layer insulating observation window with wiper provides clear visibility during testing. Over-temperature, over-current, water-shortage, earth-leakage, and phase-sequence protection provide added safety for long-term laboratory and industrial use.
