Description:

Labotemp Water Jetting Test Chamber LSC-03 is engineered to evaluate IPX5 and IPX6 protection performance according to IEC 60529. It provides a controlled test environment for electrical enclosures, outdoor equipment, automotive components, lighting products, industrial instruments, and other devices exposed to powerful water jets. The 510 L working chamber accommodates test specimens up to 800 × 800 × 800 mm, while a 600 mm diameter turntable and 2400 mm water jetting tube provide practical coverage during testing. Dedicated 6.3 mm and 12.5 mm nozzles support IPX5 and IPX6 testing, with controlled water flow for repeatable test conditions.

Built for dependable laboratory and product-quality applications, the LSC-03 incorporates a programmable colour LCD touch-screen controller with Ethernet connectivity for convenient operation and monitoring. The integrated water supply system includes a water tank, booster pump, automatic water supply, and water purification system, helping maintain consistent testing while reducing unnecessary water consumption. Adjustable turntable rotation from 0–7 r/min allows flexible specimen positioning. A SUS304 stainless-steel interior provides corrosion resistance, while over-temperature, over-current, water-shortage, earth-leakage, and phase-sequence protection enhance operational safety and long-term reliability.
