Description:

Labotemp IPX9K High Pressure & Temperature Water Spray Chamber LSC-07 provides controlled high-pressure and high-temperature water exposure for electronics, automotive components, military equipment, consumer products, and other products requiring rigorous protection verification. Its 1150 L chamber accommodates larger test specimens, with a 600 mm diameter testing platform and four spray nozzles positioned at 0°, 30°, 60°, and 90° angles. Adjustable water pressure from 8000–10000 kPa, water flow of 14–16 L/min, and spray temperatures from ambient to +85°C enable repeatable and demanding test conditions in accordance with IEC 60529 and ISO 20653.

Built for reliable long-term operation, the LSC-07 combines a programmable colour LCD touch-screen controller with Ethernet connectivity, electromagnetic door locking, and an adjustable testing platform. The platform rotates at 5 ±1 r/min and can be positioned between 200–400 mm in height, while the four spray nozzles operate for 30 seconds at each designated position.SUS304 stainless-steel construction offers corrosion resistance, while over-temperature, over-current, water-shortage, earth-leakage, and phase-sequence protection enhance operational safety.
