Description:

Labotemp High Pressure & Temperature Water Spray Chamber LSC-08 is engineered for IPX9K testing in accordance with IEC 60529 and ISO 20653. Its 1960 L working volume accommodates large products and assemblies, with a 1000 × 1400 × 1400 mm internal test area. Four spray nozzles deliver controlled water jets at 0°, 30°, 60°, and 90° angles, while adjustable water pressure from 8000–10000 kPa and a flow rate of 14–16 L/min provide rigorous and repeatable testing. Water spray temperature can be adjusted from ambient to +85°C to simulate demanding high-temperature water exposure.

Built for professional laboratory, automotive, electronics, military, and industrial testing environments, the chamber features a programmable colour LCD touch-screen controller with Ethernet connectivity, electromagnetic door lock, and an adjustable rotating test platform. The platform operates at 5 ±1 r/min with adjustable height from 200–400 mm, allowing flexible specimen positioning. A Nichrome heater supports controlled water heating, while the integrated storage tank, booster pump, automatic water supply, and purification system support consistent and efficient operation. SUS304 stainless-steel construction provides corrosion resistance, while multiple electrical and water-related protection systems support safe, dependable long-term use.
