Description:

Labotemp Sand and Dust Test Chamber LSC-10 provides controlled conditions for evaluating products exposed to airborne dust and sand. It is suitable for electronics, automotive components, defense equipment, outdoor instruments, electrical enclosures, and other products requiring resistance to harsh particulate environments. The chamber supports temperature conditions from 10°C to 80°C and provides a 1000 L working volume with a 1000 × 1000 × 1000 mm internal test area. Controlled dust and sand circulation, adjustable air velocity, and a 600 mm rotating test platform enable repeatable exposure conditions.

Built for demanding laboratory and industrial testing environments, the chamber features a programmable colour LCD touch-screen controller with Ethernet connectivity, electromagnetic door locking, and an integrated dust detector for monitoring test conditions. Dust air velocity can be controlled from 1.5–8.9 m/s, while sand air velocity ranges from 18–29 m/s. The platform rotates at 1–7 r/min to help expose specimens uniformly. A durable A3 steel exterior with protective coating and SUS304 stainless-steel interior provide long-term resistance to demanding test conditions. Its design follows MIL-STD-810H requirements, making it suitable for environmental qualification, product validation, and quality-control testing.
