Labotemp Type 1 Ultrapure Water Purification System LWS-03 provides high-purity laboratory water through a multi-stage purification process combining pretreatment, reverse osmosis, and final ultrapure polishing. Available in 10, 20, 30, 40, and 60 L/h capacities, the system supports laboratories with different water-demand requirements while maintaining a resistivity of 18.25 MΩ·cm at 25°C. The RO stage achieves conductivity of ≤5 µS/cm at 25°C, with more than 98% ion rejection and over 99% particle and bacteria rejection. This makes the system suitable for routine laboratory water preparation and applications involving HPLC, TOC, ICP, ion chromatography, ICP-MS, and other analytical procedures requiring Type 1 ultrapure water.
Designed for practical laboratory operation, the LWS-03 features a large color touchscreen, 32-bit microprocessor control, and triple online monitoring of source, RO, and ultrapure water quality. Automatic RO membrane flushing helps control scaling and support membrane service life, while switchable ultrapure-water circulation helps limit bacterial contamination within the system. Its feed-water compatibility with municipal tap water, together with instant dispensing at 1.5–2.0 L/min when the full tank is available, supports convenient day-to-day laboratory workflows across analytical, biochemical, pharmaceutical, environmental, and research settings.
