Labotemp Vacuum Furnace FVA-03 is a 12 L high-performance laboratory vacuum furnace engineered for precise, repeatable thermal processing in research and industrial environments. Rated to 1200°C, the FVA-03 supports vacuum annealing, sintering, degassing and heat treatment where controlled atmospheres and thermal stability are essential. HRE resistance wire heating elements ensure uniform heat distribution and long service life; a Shimaden (Japan) N-type controller delivers ±1°C accuracy and reproducible process control. 
The 200×300×200 mm chamber accepts larger samples for materials research, powder metallurgy, ceramics and electronic component testing. Vacuum and inert-gas compatibility minimize oxidation and contamination. Water-cooled safety and robust construction enhance reliability.
