Labotemp Debinding Furnace LDB-202 supports debinding processes requiring high-temperature control in a compact chamber. Its 3 L chamber measures 150 × 150 × 150 mm and reaches a maximum temperature of 1700°C within a stated period of ≤2 hours. Working temperature reaches 1600°C for 24/7 operation. MoSi₂ heating rods positioned on two sides provide heating, while high-alumina ceramic fiber insulation supports chamber heat retention. Temperature accuracy is ±1°C, temperature uniformity is ±5°C, and heating rate is ≤10°C/min. Temperature measurement uses a single-point method, tested at back-wall center.
Manually controlled inlet and exhaust air system with fan works alongside a secondary combustion system to dilute exhaust gases generated during debinding. Fresh-air injection creates overpressure during debinding, supporting prevention of an inflammable atmosphere in the chamber. A Yudian 50-segment controller provides PID automatic control and auto-tune function. The furnace includes a B-type thermocouple, side-opening door, dual carbon-steel shell with environment powder coating, and air cooling. Power requirement is 380V, 50Hz, three-phase, 9kW. Operating conditions are ambient temperature 0–50°C and relative humidity ≤90%. Electrical components are Schneider; overheat and power-failure protection are specified. Power-failure protection resumes operation from point of interruption after power returns.
