Description:

Labotemp High Pressure & Temperature Water Spray Chamber LSC-06 is engineered for IPX9K testing in accordance with IEC 60529 and ISO 20653. It is suitable for evaluating electronics, automotive components, military equipment, consumer products, and other assemblies exposed to high-pressure, high-temperature water jets. The 600 L chamber accommodates specimens up to 600 × 1000 × 1000 mm, while four spray nozzles deliver controlled water jets from adjustable angles of 0°, 30°, 60°, and 90°. Adjustable water pressure from 8000–10000 kPa and flow rate of 14–16 L/min provide demanding and repeatable test conditions.

Built for reliable high-pressure thermal testing, the LSC-06 combines a programmable colour LCD touch-screen controller with Ethernet connectivity, an electromagnetic door lock, and adjustable test-platform positioning. Water spray temperature can be adjusted from ambient to +85°C, while the platform rotates at 5 ±1 r/min and can be positioned at an adjustable height of 200–400 mm. A Nichrome heater supports controlled heating, while the water supply system incorporates a storage tank, booster pump, automatic supply, and purification system. SUS304 stainless-steel construction and a double-layer insulating observation window support long-term durability.
