Labotemp Quartz Tube Furnace FMT-06 is a precision laboratory tube furnace engineered for uniform heat treatment up to 1200°C (working ≤1100°C). It features a ∮80 mm high-purity quartz tube, a 440 mm heating zone and 1000 mm total tube length. Resistance-wire heating and PID control with 30-segment programmable curves deliver ±1°C accuracy and ±5°C uniformity; an alumina ceramic-fiber chamber ensures thermal efficiency.

Built by an experienced furnace manufacturer and distributed via authorised furnace suppliers, this tubular furnace suits material synthesis, annealing, sintering, semiconductor processing, powder metallurgy and nanomaterial research. The horizontal tubular furnace design simplifies loading and supports controlled-atmosphere or vacuum configurations with optional accessories (touchscreen with USB, PC connection software/interface, and safety interlock with automatic power-off), making it an ideal lab furnace and electric tube furnace for laboratory and industrial use.
