Labotemp Horizontal Tube Furnace FMT-01 is a compact, high-performance laboratory tube furnace for precision heat treatment up to 1200°C (working ≤1100°C). It features a ∅40 mm high-purity quartz tube and a 205 mm single heating zone, SiC heating rods and resistance-wire elements under PID control, delivering ±1°C accuracy and ±5°C uniformity with 30-segment programmable temperature profiles.

Designed for material synthesis, annealing, sintering, semiconductor processing, powder metallurgy and nanomaterial research, this tube furnace supports controlled-atmosphere and vacuum tube furnace configurations with optional accessories. An alumina ceramic-fiber chamber maximizes thermal efficiency; the horizontal tubular design simplifies sample loading and ensures uniform heating.
