Equipped with a 16-position rotor, this advanced microwave digester is ideal for food, environmental, pharmaceutical, and research laboratories requiring consistent sample preparation. It features a 66L 316-grade stainless steel cavity with corrosion-resistant construction and an industrial magnetron with continuous frequency conversion control (0–1800W), ensuring uniform microwave distribution and reproducible digestion results.

Engineered for precision and safety, this intelligent digester incorporates non-contact infrared temperature control (0–350°C range, typical operation below 300°C) and real-time pressure monitoring (up to 10 MPa with automatic relief). The 360° continuous rotation system ensures uniform heating across all vessels, improving analytical consistency. A self-locking explosion-proof furnace door, multiple safety interlocks, and automatic fault protection enhance operator safety. With an efficient exhaust and air-cooling system, Siemens PLC control, and durable PTFE inner vessels with PEEK outer protection, the LMD-01 delivers stable performance, energy-efficient operation, and long-term reliability.
