Labotemp Hydrothermal Reactor Autoclave HRA-03 is a 100 mL TEFLON lined autoclave reactor engineered for hydrothermal synthesis, pressure digestion and catalytic hydrothermal reactions. The 304 stainless-steel kettle (7 mm wall) with PTFE lining and gasketed lid withstands strong acids/alkalis. Rated for 200°C operating (250°C max) and 3.0 MPa, it delivers rapid, nondestructive dissolution of insoluble and volatile samples for trace-element and material-science workflows. 

Ideal for petrochemical, biomedical, geological, environmental and food labs, this hydrothermal synthesis autoclave accelerates sample pretreatment of heavy metals, pesticide residues, rare-earths and organics, while reducing contamination and replacing platinum crucibles for high-purity analyses.
