Hydrothermal Reactor Autoclave

Labotemp Hydrothermal Reactor Autoclave is a compact high pressure vessel designed for hydrothermal synthesis, catalytic reactions and advanced chemical research in laboratories. This hydrothermal reactor enables controlled high temperature and high pressure reactions required for material synthesis, catalyst development and analytical sample preparation. The reactor is built with a high purity Teflon lined chamber and a durable stainless steel 304 outer body that provides excellent resistance to strong acids, alkalis and corrosive chemicals. The sealed high pressure design ensures safe operation while maintaining reaction purity during demanding laboratory processes. Operating at temperatures around 200°C and pressure up to 3.0 MPa, these Teflon lined hydrothermal autoclaves ensure stable and repeatable reactions. Available in capacities from 25 ml to 500 ml, they support reliable sealed reactions for research and industrial laboratory applications. Widely used in petrochemical, biomedical, environmental and material science laboratories, Labotemp Hydrothermal Reactor Autoclaves reduce analysis time while improving reaction efficiency.
