Labotemp Semi Automatic Rotary Microtome ROM-06 is a precision microtome machine designed for accurate tissue sectioning in histopathology and research laboratories. This semi-automatic microtome combines manual control with motorized assistance to produce uniform thin sections with an adjustable cut thickness range of 0–99 μm, supporting consistent serial sections for routine histology and microscopy. The motor-driven feed improves repeatability during sample preparation, reducing variability compared to fully manual systems.

The ROM-06 enables precise specimen handling with 28 mm horizontal and 60 mm vertical feed and 360° specimen rotation for accurate orientation. A stable microtome blade holder supports standard disposable microtome blades and steel microtome knives, maintaining reliable contact at the cutting edge for clean sectioning. Automated specimen retraction up to 100 μm and adjustable feed speeds improve workflow efficiency while maintaining dependable quality sections.
