Labotemp Quartz Tube Furnace FMT-05 is a high-performance quartz tube furnace engineered for precision heat treatment to 1200°C (working ≤1100°C). It features a ∮40 mm quartz tube, 440 mm standard heating zone, 1000 mm total tube length, resistance-wire heating, PID automatic control and 30-segment programmable profiles delivering ±1°C accuracy and ±5°C uniformity. The 0–20°C/min ramp and alumina ceramic-fiber chamber ensure thermal efficiency in a compact 740×420×668 mm footprint.

Designed by a trusted furnace manufacturer and distributed via authorised furnace suppliers, FMT-05 suits material synthesis, annealing, sintering, semiconductor processing, powder metallurgy and nanomaterial research.
