The unit produces a controlled salt fog deposition of 1 to 2 ml per 80 cm² per hour under precise PID temperature control from ambient to plus 60°C and maintains 95 to 98 percent relative humidity. Built in corrosion resistant glass FRP SSC-04 functions as a reliable salt spray test chamber and corrosion test chamber for lab and production quality control.
This Salt Spray Chamber supports both standard and cyclic corrosion test profiles to simulate real world saline atmospheres.
