Labotemp Vacuum Furnace FVA-16 is an ultra-high-temperature, large-capacity laboratory vacuum furnace for extreme thermal processing in industrial and scientific applications. It features a 45 L chamber (300×500×300 mm) and a 1700°C maximum with a 1600°C continuous working range. FVA-16 supports vacuum heat treatment, vacuum annealing, high-temperature sintering, vacuum brazing, and controlled-atmosphere processing for ceramics, metal alloys, composites, and powder-metallurgy materials.
MoSi₂ rod heating elements deliver rapid heating, high thermal efficiency, uniform temperature distribution, and long service life under repeated ultra-high-temperature cycles. A B-type platinum-rhodium thermocouple with Yudian or Shimaden programmable controllers ensures precise, stable temperature control. Vacuum and inert-gas operation minimize oxidation and contamination.
