Vacuum Furnace FVA-15

Labotemp Vacuum Furnace FVA-15 is an ultra-large-capacity, ultra-high-temperature vacuum/atmosphere furnace for extreme thermal processing in industrial and research labs. It has a 36 L chamber (300×400×300 mm), 1700°C max and 1600°C working range. Supports vacuum heat treatment, vacuum annealing, high-temp sintering and controlled-atmosphere processing for ceramics, alloys, composites and powder metallurgy.

MoSi₂ rod heaters provide rapid response, high efficiency, uniform heating and long life. Pre-vacuum and inert-gas capability reduce oxidation. On 380V/13 kW it delivers fast heat-up and stable uniformity for large parts and pilot batches. Water cooling protects components for safe, durable operation. Trusted by aerospace, semiconductor, defense and industrial R&D labs.

Why Choose Labotemp Vacuum Furnace FVA-15?

✓ Ultra-High Temperature Capability: Reliable operation up to 1700°C.
Ultra-Large Chamber: 36 L capacity for large samples and batch processing.
✓ Low-Oxidation Processing: Pre-vacuum and inert-gas heat treatment support.
✓ Industrial-Grade Safety: Water cooling and robust design for extreme conditions
