Labotemp Hydrothermal Reactor Autoclave HRA-01 is a compact, Teflon-lined hydrothermal autoclave designed for reliable small-dose synthesis, high-pressure digestion and rapid sample pretreatment. Ideal as a hydrothermal reactor for petrochemical, material science, biomedical and environmental labs, the HRA-01 combines a 25 mL PTFE (Teflon) lining with a 304 stainless steel kettle body to tolerate strong acid/alkali environments while preventing contamination.

This hydrothermal autoclave reactor features a 33 mm inner diameter, 45 mm outer diameter, 6 mm wall thickness, durable 8 mm gaskets, 35 mm lid height and total height 92 mm; weight ≈0.95 kg. The PTFE lining (4.5 mm thickness, 66 mm lining height) ensures corrosion resistance and nondestructive digestion of heavy metals, pesticide residues, rare earths, silt and organic matrices.
