Labotemp Hydrothermal Reactor Autoclave HRA-02 is a compact, TEFLON-lined hydrothermal autoclave reactor engineered for reliable hydrothermal synthesis and pressure digestion. The 50 mL kettle features a 316 stainless steel outer body with PTFE lining, 6.5 mm wall thickness, and secure gasketed lid—built for corrosive acid/alkali environments. Rated up to 200°C (max 250°C) and 3.0 MPa, it enables rapid, nondestructive dissolution of insoluble samples for trace-element and catalytic hydrothermal reactor workflows.

Ideal for petrochemical, biomedical, materials and environmental labs, this hydrothermal synthesis autoclave reactor speeds sample pretreatment (heavy metals, pesticides, organics) while reducing contamination and replacing platinum crucibles for high-purity analyses.
