Labotemp Hydrothermal Reactor Autoclave HRA-10 provides a compact 5 mL reaction vessel for hydrothermal synthesis, high pressure digestion, sample pretreatment, and small scale chemical research. Designed for applications requiring elevated temperature and pressure, the reactor combines a corrosion resistant 316L stainless steel vessel with a PPL liner for reliable sample containment and resistance to demanding chemical conditions. Its compact 48 mm vessel diameter and 53 mm overall height make it suitable for small volume laboratory reactions where controlled conditions and efficient sample utilization are important.

The 5 mL configuration features a 27 mm inner vessel diameter, 42 mm liner height, and 6 mm liner thickness for secure sample containment. The screw tightened cover and gasket sealing arrangement support reliable operation during closed vessel reactions. The hydrothermal reactor series supports operation up to 250°C and 3.0 MPa when used within the specified operating conditions.
