Labotemp Vacuum Tube Furnace FMT-03 is a precision laboratory tube furnace engineered for uniform heat treatment up to 1200°C (working ≤1100°C). It features a ∮40 mm high-purity quartz tube, a 350 mm heating zone and a 1000 mm total tube length. Resistance-wire heating elements combined with advanced PID control and 30-segment programmable temperature curves deliver ±1°C accuracy and ±5°C uniformity. 
 

Manufactured by an experienced furnace manufacturer and supplied through authorised furnace suppliers, the FMT-03 vacuum tube furnace is ideal for material synthesis, annealing, sintering, semiconductor processing, powder metallurgy and nanomaterial research.
