Tube Furnace 1700°C | 440 Mm Heating Zone FMT-17

Labotemp High-Temperature Corundum Tube Furnace FMT-17 is a precision laboratory tube furnace rated to 1700°C (working ≤1550°C). It features a ∮40 mm corundum tube, 440 mm single heating zone and 1200 mm total tube length. MoSi₂ heating rods, B-type thermocouple, PID automatic control and 30-segment programmable time–temperature curves deliver ±1°C accuracy and ±5°C uniformity. Alumina insulation and ceramic-fiber chamber enable efficient 0–20°C/min ramps in a compact 794×590×800 mm footprint.

Designed and built by a specialist furnace manufacturer and supplied via authorised furnace suppliers, FMT-17 suits high-temperature synthesis, sintering, annealing, calcination, crystal growth, powder metallurgy and semiconductor diffusion. The horizontal tubular design supports controlled-atmosphere and vacuum configurations with optional touchscreen, PC software and safety interlocks—ideal as a lab furnace and high-temperature tubular furnace for research and production.
