Tube Furnace 1700°C | 440 Mm Heating Zone FMT-18

Labotemp Tube Furnace FMT-18 is a precision tubular furnace for ultra-high-temperature processing to 1700°C (working ≤1550°C). It features a ∮80 mm corundum tube, 350 mm heating zone, 1200 mm tube length and 80×350 mm chamber. MoSi₂ heating rods, B-type thermocouple, PID control and 30-segment programming deliver ±1°C accuracy and ±5°C uniformity with 0–20°C/min ramps and alumina ceramic-fiber insulation.

Manufactured by a specialist furnace manufacturer and supplied through authorised furnace suppliers, FMT-18 suits high-temperature material synthesis, sintering, annealing, calcination, crystal growth, powder metallurgy and semiconductor diffusion. The horizontal tubular design accommodates large samples and supports controlled-atmosphere or vacuum configurations; optional touchscreen, PC software and safety interlock are available.
