Labotemp Controlled Atmosphere Furnace FMU-16 is engineered for laboratories that require reliable high temperature processing with controlled gas environments. Designed as a box type muffle furnace, it operates up to 1200 °C and integrates three sided resistance heating to achieve uniform heat distribution across the chamber. A PID controlled system with digital display ensures accurate temperature regulation with ±1 °C precision, supporting consistent experimental and testing outcomes.

The furnace incorporates a vacuum sealed chamber with dedicated gas inlet and outlet ports, enabling the use of nitrogen argon oxygen and other inert gases for atmosphere controlled processes. The programmable controller allows flexible multi stage heating profiles, while built in safety mechanisms such as over temperature protection fault alarms and automatic shutdown ensure safe laboratory operation. FMU 02 is suitable for ceramic and powder sintering calcination annealing carbon material treatment lithium battery material research and general laboratory research and material testing.
