Labotemp Controlled Atmosphere Furnace FMU-17 is a mid sized laboratory muffle furnace rated to 1200 °C, engineered for reliable and repeatable thermal processing. The box design uses three sided resistance heating combined with PID temperature control to deliver stable ramps and ±1 °C accuracy. A vacuum sealed chamber with dedicated inert gas ports supports nitrogen, argon, oxygen and other non reactive gases for controlled atmosphere workflows. Multi layer high purity ceramic fiber insulation and a robust steel shell reduce heat loss and improve energy efficiency for frequent laboratory cycles.
Built for material research and small batch production, FMU-17 suits ceramic and powder sintering, calcination, annealing, carbon material treatment and lithium battery material processing.
